Welcome to Betjail. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Betjail platform and all of its services. betjail.click By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions.

Betjail is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms and conditions have been written in plain Bangla to make them easy for users in Bangladesh to understand. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version will take precedence.

These terms and conditions supersede all previous oral or written agreements. Betjail reserves the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account on Betjail, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Accurate and up-to-date personal information is required — including full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and funds may be confiscated.
• Multiple members of the same household may operate separate accounts from the same device or internet connection, provided Betjail support is notified in advance.

The mobile number and email address provided during registration will need to be verified. Certain account features will be restricted until verification is complete. Betjail reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

Betjail complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. For this reason, all users are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. A clear photo or scan of one of the following documents is required:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back
• Passport — a clear photo of the information page
• Driving License — both sides

You will also need to submit a selfie or live photo showing your face alongside the ID document mentioned above. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC is completed. Additional documents may be requested after a large win. Submitting false or altered documents will result in immediate account closure.

Betjail supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency. Each method has its own minimum and maximum transaction limits.

Deposit Rules:

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such funds will be returned.
• If your balance doesn't update after a successful deposit, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 1 and 6 hours.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing any funds derived from a bonus.

If a withdrawal is held or cancelled for any reason, the support team will resolve the issue within 48 hours. If the source of deposited funds is called into question, Betjail may place the withdrawal on hold until the investigation is complete.

Betjail offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which take effect at the time the bonus is claimed.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds can generally be withdrawn only after being wagered a specified number of times. Wagering requirements vary by bonus — typically ranging from 15x to 35x.
• Each bonus can only be used once: Each bonus is applicable once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus expiry: Every bonus has an expiry date. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: Any strategy designed to exploit risk-free betting or abuse bonuses will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Free Bet: Free bet winnings cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — any winnings are subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

The following general rules apply to all betting on Betjail. Sport-specific betting rules are published separately.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless abnormal odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Bets must be confirmed within the designated time before a match or event begins.
• Odds change rapidly during live betting — the most recently displayed odds will be the ones that apply.
• If an event is cancelled or the minimum required playtime is not met, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of an abandoned match or inconclusive result, Betjail's decision is final.
• Each bet has a maximum payout limit — see the full Betting Rules page for details.

Betjail reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly incorrect odds or as a result of a technical error. Winnings from such bets will not be paid out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betjail and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating an account under a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or take advantage of promotions.
• Introducing money laundering proceeds or funds from illegal sources into the platform.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Systematic betting for the purpose of arbitrage or promotion abuse.
• Assisting anyone under 18 in operating an account.

Betjail reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).

You can close your own account by contacting the support team. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before closure, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

Betjail takes the protection of users' personal information extremely seriously. Data collected during registration is used solely for account management and service delivery purposes.

• Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to government authorities when required by law.
• Limited information may be shared with payment processors and technology partners.
• All data is protected with TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption.

Betjail will not be held liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Betting failures caused by the user's own internet connection or device issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government decisions).
• Any loss resulting from the user sharing their login credentials with a third party.

Betjail strives to maintain uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. Users are not entitled to compensation for such temporary outages.

Betjail reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-account notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the new terms, you may request account closure.
